President of CIE, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Zaman Syed
Zaman Syed was born on April 12, 1974, and is a citizen of the Russian Federation. In 2000, he graduated from the Tver State Medical Academy, where he subsequently worked for more than 15 years. He held the positions of Deputy Dean for Work with Foreign Students and Professor in the Department of Public Health. He is a doctor of Medical Sciences and the author of more than 60 publications, including three studying guides.
Dr. Syed is the owner of several international educational institutions, such as “Lincoln American University Guyana”, “Victoria University of Barbados”, and “Armenian-Russian International University”.
Zaman Syed is the founder and head of LLC “Centre for International Education” (CIE). This organization has been instrumental in exporting Russian education to various countries across Asia, Africa, South America, and Central America for over 20 years, with a significant focus on India. Today, more than half of all Indian students studying in Russia are facilitated through LLC “Centre for International Education”.
- Within the framework of the priority project "Development of the Export Potential of the Russian Education System", the company, with support from the Russian Center for Science and Culture in Delhi, conducts annual all-India exhibitions and presentations of Russian educational services titled "Study in Russia".
- CIE collaborates with numerous Russian universities located in Moscow, Tver, Perm, Tomsk, Orenburg, Yoshkar-Ola, and other cities. Dr. Syed's company assists partner universities in addressing various challenges, including ensuring comfortable accommodation and safety for foreign students, expanding and equipping educational facilities, supplying essential educational literature in English, sending qualified foreign professors to Russia, and preparing students for their qualification exams in their home countries.
- CIE helps to validate the educational credentials of Russian partner universities in foreign countries. Dr. Syed's LLC “Centre for International Education” is a dynamic organization that consistently seeks to expand its outreach into new countries for the promotion of Russian education, while also nurturing partnerships with interested Russian universities.
